2022 Immunization CE Option: Motivational Interviewing to Address COVID-19 Vaccine Hesitancy (P/T)


Educational Objectives:
At the completion of this activity, the participant will be able to:
  1. Identify key communication strategies based in motivational interviewing (MI)
  2. Use open questions to learn the patient’s perspective and reflective listening to express empathy, normalize and validate patient concerns, and convey understanding
  3. Recall MI-based strategies modeled in simulated patient interviews about the COVID-19 vaccine

Credit Hours Available:  The program is accredited for 1.0 home study hours (0.1 CEUs).  The video presentation is 57 minutes long, and there are the required interactivity questions.
 
How to Earn Credit: Participants must 1) read the learning objectives and faculty disclosures, 2) listen to the video presentation and the interactivity, and 3) complete the evaluation form. To receive credit, you must provide your date of birth and NABP number. CE credit will be submitted to the NABP CE Monitor.

Requirements for CE Credit
